Return policy

All non-custom items may be returned if you are not completely satisfied with our work. Here are the steps to follow:

  • contact us within 14 business days from receiving your order and let us know your intention of returning the items. At the same time, please specify whether you’d like to be refunded or you’d like to exchange the items.
  • we will then get back to you with the approval or rejection of your request.
  • if your request is approved there’s a period of 14 business days in which the items must reach us.
  • if you chose to be reimbursed we will transfer the money back via the same payment method initially used by you.

Return conditions:

All returned items must reach us in the same state and condition as you received them. We can not accept items that have been damaged or altered by the client. We will only issue the refund once we have assessed the condition of the returned items.

The following items can not be returned and are non-refundable:

  • custom items
  • digital items
  • services

According to OUG No. 34/2014, art. 16 lit. C, products that are created according to the specifications submitted by the client or clearly customized can not be returned. For non-custom items, they must be returned in the same state, with the labels intact and together with all the documents that accompanied them. Returned products must be in the same condition as upon receipt: no damage, no defects.
